These Terms of Service govern your use of storymodeguy.com and your purchase of our digital products. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Story Mode Guy is an independent creator based in Santa Cruz, California, offering digital downloads — photography wallpapers and prints, original ebooks and comics, and photography guides — sold through our storefront provider, Payhip.

2. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown on each product and at checkout, in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is handled securely by Payhip and its payment processors. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed, at which point your download is made available and/or emailed to you.

3. Digital delivery

All products are digital downloads. There is no physical item shipped. After purchase you'll receive access to download your files. If you have any trouble accessing a download, contact us and we'll help.

4. License and permitted use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own personal enjoyment. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or use the files commercially without a separate license. Full details are in our Content License.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — photographs, artwork, ebooks, comics, guides, text, and design — is owned by Story Mode Guy and protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying work; it grants only the license described above.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to breach security, scrape or copy content beyond your license, upload malicious code, or use the site or products for anything unlawful.

7. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Story Mode Guy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party services (such as Payhip and social platforms). We're not responsible for the content or practices of those services; their own terms and policies apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
